I am please to submit my review of Ray Morandi. He is one of the most competent and honest people that I have dealt with in a long time. Having not been in the market to purchase or sell a home in over 30 years I dreaded what lay ahead of my wife and I. After talking with a couple of trusted   friends and asking them for a referral we met with Ray. He presented himself in a gentlemanly fashion and listening to him we felt he was very versed in the Real Estate market. We elected to trust Ray and he didn't let us down. He made himself available every time we called him. He was quick to respond whenever I called him, which included Suday nights, Ray made us feel like friends not just clients. I will not hesitate to recommend Ray to any of my Relatives or Friends. Helped put together the largest and best purchase my wife and I have ever made.

Ray is the best! Working with him on buying our first home was truly a pleasure. He is a consummate professional, incredibly knowledgable, an expert negotiator and always available to alleviate any questions or concerns that arise during the entire process. Tom exceeded my expectations when it came to what was expected out of a real estate agent. Not only did he assist me in purchasing my home, but he went above and beyond an agent's duties. He also helped me through understanding the process of my mortgage loan, and any communication there was with  my attorney. His responsiveness was immediate, which I found extremely helpful. Tom was aggressive in his negotiations, but also impressive in his ability to communicate effectively with the seller's agent. He offered his experienced opinion, but also allowed me to make any decisions independently. If you're looking for a fresh, but experienced agent, I would highly recommend Tom as his professionalism was exactly what helped me close my home

My fiancé and I found out we were expecting and we we're worried we wouldn't find a place before the baby arrived. I contacted Mr. Morandi and explained our situation. legitimately he made it his mission in life to not only find us our perfect home, but walk us through every step of what to expect.  I work night and sometimes don't realize what time it is- I called Mr. Morandi at like 1am and he obviously sounded asleep I felt so bad, he responded with "it's no trouble at all", and then we talked for like 45 min. He's honestly a great hearted person who became part of the family. I trust him, and would recommend him a million times over again to anyone.

Ray was a pleasure to work with. We had tried selling our home last year with another agent and had a horrible experience. Less than 10 showings in 6 months! With ray we had 10 showings in ONE week and sold in one week with multiple offers! Ray also helped us find a new home and was very patient,  knowledgeable, and was able to negotiate to the price we wanted to pay. Absolutely recommend!

My husband and I listed our house for sale with Ray. From the start, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. When we set up our appointment, we were able to meet right away. He took beautiful pictures of the house and made sure to communicate with us regularly. He was very aware of the market and  our competition, especially the location in which we were located. He made sure both of us were content with the list price of our house. Every time we had a showing, Ray would let us know in advance. In addition, he would get us feedback by the next day, sometimes even the same day! Once we sold our home, we also worked with Ray to find a new home. We met several times and looked at a great deal of homes. Ray was very patient and never tried to pressure us into buying something we didn’t love. He wanted to ensure we felt we got our “dream home”. Ray was supportive and truly took his time trying to find us our perfect home. Anytime we wanted to go and look, he would work it into his day so that we could see as many homes as we hoped to see. He sent us regular emails weekly with new market listings and price changes. Further, he even messaged us to let us know of things he thought we might like. Throughout the entire process, Ray was respectful, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Ray to anyone looking to sell or buy a house!

Ray was great to work with..... Getting my house listed and moved as well as looking for a new house at the same time is a major task. There is no way I would of been able to do any of this without him.
